Any have a broken Porsche AC compressor?
Looking for some help, my mec put in a new Porsche AC compressor but needs a Porsche AC compressor to return for the core. The one I had in the car was an aftermarket one that Porsche will not take back. Anyone (in So Cal would be best) wanting to dump a busted up broken compressor? It needs to be a porsch orginial and the kind that would go into a 1986 944. I think the compressors of that time were used on all Porsche cars but I don't know.

I have one from an '83. However, the rear mounting lug is broken off the casing. Not sure if it will serve for a core. If so, you can have it for cost of shipping from 75248.
Oh, yeah.. and Hi, everyone. 1st post. Bought a '83 in nice condition (but broken compressor!) for $1500 in the spring. Got $2500 in it now (new carpet, tires, stereo, A/C fixed, etc) and having a blast with it.
