Markers and turn signals not working - wont go on or flash
Hazards do not flash
Head lights do not go on
The signal light on the dash DOES illuminate - but no flashing
I have a new turn signal relay in the fuse box
I have new bulbs in the lights
I cleaned all the contacts
I do have license plate lights that go on
Brake lights work
I did put in a new light switch on the dash - is there a way to test the switch?
Any other suggetions?
Grounds etc?

Think of the headlight switch (or any simple switch, for that matter) as a means of connecting and disconnecting two pins to each other with no resistance.
With that in mind, get a copy of the wiring diagram for the switch, figure out where the pins are, and connect a VOM, set to ohms, and looke for a change from open circuit to 0 ohms when you throw the switch.

Check all ground connections. Pay special attention to the grounds in the front trunk area, as these are crucial for your headlights and turn signals.
Double-check the fuses related to your lighting system and inspect the fuse box for loose connections.
Use a multimeter to test the new light switch by checking for continuity in different positions.
Check the wiring for wear, fraying, or damage. A short break in the wiring could cause the issues.
The hazard switch can sometimes cause problems with the turn signals if it's faulty. Try disconnecting it to see if the turn signals work.
