Default Fuel Delivery Problems

85 NA. Purchased recently. insurance card in glove box that expired in January so who knows how long it’s been sitting. When i bought it, it fired reluctantly and could sustain a rough idle for about 30 seconds. Drained gas and collected 2 gallons of 93(previous owner put it in recently) and 3 gallons of old crap. Drained it from tank and rail and replaced filter and cleaned strainer. Put it all back together and added 2 gal of 93 and not a whiff of firing. What’s going on? I didn’t hear my fuel pump kick when I turned key but I’m not sure i should. Tomorrow will detach fuel line at rail to see if pump is squirting. Any other ideas?

1) Remove DME relay, replace with two wire jumper (bypass) to power fuel pump and ECU.

2) Try to start the car.
