i have a 1984 944 and the windshield and headlight sprayer not spraying. I hear the pump run on pressing the button. Any ideas

 

Try using a pin into the jet orifices on the hood and see if you can poke out some dirt. You probably need to remove the tank and clean it out as well- sludge tends to build up. Also, by inserting a pin into the hood spray nozzles, you can adjust the spray direction. The nozzles are actually can be swiveled.
