I remember seeing years ago a thread or two where people had their digital dash act funny then reset the Odometer reading. The problem is that I cannot find it now.....

I just had a customer phone me saying that his digital dash was acting really strange and now his odometer has reset itself from 150k km to 134 km......

Anyone recall who had that problem and what the resolution was? I am thinking I am going to have to replace that chipset and get it programmed from Theo.

Cause unknown - but useful tidbit is that you have to hold down the button for 1 minute to save the mileage when adjusting using factory procedure

 

Thank you Hilton, that was one of them that I was thinking about!

 

I pulled out the cluster today and found a burnt trace to the relay which is mounted on the board. I repaired the trace and sealed it up. Once this was done the mileage returned to where it was before.
