Default No Injector Pulse

Starting a new thread for this since people only read the last page of posts in a thread lol (me included)

1980 US L-Jetronic

Main Injectors are not firing...at all

Cold Start Injector Fires While Cranking

Noid light test = No Flash
Multimeter test = +12V to GND on both sides of plug
Resistance check = 0.00 Ohms across injector terminals
Fuel at back of injector plugged into rail
35 ish pounds of fuel pressure
Fired injector with a power probe while plugged into rail but unplugged form injector port = works great not clogged, good spray pattern
replaced the green wire
all grounds checked and cleaned


What I need to know and cant't seem to find

1. What # is the fuel injection relay for a 1980 with L-Jet? It's NOT VIII, at least in this car that spot in the CE is has no connections going to it.
2. Is there a corresponding fuse for the injection circuit? Havent been able to fin anything concrete
3. Is there an Injector harness wiring diagram?
4. Do Either the Bosch Box or the Injection module require a ground contact through the case to the chassis of the car? (I know dumb question but at his point....)
