Unfortunately it doesn't exist.
You need to make a custom exhaust like I have on my 81.
Or you can cut off the rear pumpkin and weld on a pipe to a tip of your choice.

Jeff, After you remove the pumpkin contact Ben: RL handle "Ghosteh" he has been looking for a pumpkin for his early 928. Pretty easy to cut the single inlet pipe in front of pumpkin and have muffler shop bend up and weld on an RMB in it's place. T

Absolutely! I'm one of those crazy old guys who wants to keep my car restricted & choked down and quiet with that heavy, bulky factory exhaust! PM me if you're able to part with your old junk and help me keep my '78 on the road.

Not a biggie Ben but the battery box is a bit different on the 78's. That said and IIRC you'll need to fabricate a simple bracket to weld on for additional support. Search is your friend. T
