Default UK Record For Number of 928s at an event

Just had a great day out at the Brooklands Historical Race Track London organised by the 928 Registry UK.

There were at least 156 928's which I think is a new UK record.

Some footage here:
- Sorry no audio - You will just have imagine 100+ 928's burbling away.

WOW!

Very impressive indeed.

Don't think I'll never have the chance to see that many 928s at the same time.

Congrats to the organisers for being able to attract such a crowd.

Wow!!!

Isn't Brooklands the first UK (possibly world wide) "race-track" opened at the turn of last century? Massive history right there.

Thanks for pics.

That's correct - the famous banked Brooklands circuit was opened in 1907, having taken only nine months to build. Truly historic site for both British motorsport and aviation, and now earns a place in 928 history. Was privileged to be there today too with my MY91 S4

The official photos were taken from a bridge across the track. Would love to have one of those as a poster for the garage wall.

I hope there are a few more photos. What a spectacular sight! It would be interesting to find out some numbers on years, models and colours.

Was there any driving in unison after the photo op, even for a short distance? Now that would be a sight to behold.

Love to see more photos, and any video, of such a unique event.
