Love the article and I share your sailing passion. Very familiar with SailMail, completed 2013 TransPac, and I own a Schumacher Express 37, plus 928's!. Wow small world.
I had the pleasure of meeting Jim and Sue at the Vermont Parade last year. Very impressive that they drove their car all the way out here, then won (I think) third place in their first competition. The recognition is much deserved.
This is a still from the video I did of the Parade:
Didn't know about the sailing! Not far from my desk here I have the sextant my father used for my parent's Grand Adventure, and the required volumes of Bowditch.
Just read my copy - another excellent contribution, thank you Jim and Sue!

If you haven't gotten hold of a copy by some other means...
Below is the small print at the bottom of page 10 re: back-issues and subscriptions (other small print says PCA membership includes $12 per year for subscription).

Great press for the 928!
Cool! Maybe smaller than you think: Our boat is a Schumacher 50, a custom build in 1990. We sailed quite a bit on Express 37s in SF Bay, great boats.
What a great article, congratulations to you both! I was away and Baja for some fun and came back to find this waiting for me.
Jim, I met you briefly last year at Werks. I had no idea you two are sailors, and on an impressive scale. I sailed a 40 ft. Bristol from SF to Oregon and out and about to the Farralons for a few years, but nothing like what you have done. Also jealous of where you live, did some kayaking up there and it's one of my favorite places in the US.
Sue and Jim, congrats on a great article in Pano for March! Among many other occasions, I have entered judged class concours alongside the Corenmans. Their car(s) are prepared to the highest standard, keep in mind that they drive their car, many times over a thousand miles, before competing!
For those that don't know them, you won't find a more gracious couple who are always quick to share their expertise and a helping hand. I am fortunate to call them friends! What great ambassadors for our 928s!
I send my congrats (and THANKS) to Sue and Jim for representing the 928 community so well. I no longer get Panorama, so I'll have to read it when my friend from MI arrives in a couple of weeks. Met both at Sharks in the Mountains a few years back. The REALLY DRIVE that GT!!
