Just removed my rear-most front pinch bolt (the one visible through the inspection hole) to inspect & replace, and found that it had a lock washer on it.

I don't recall my rear pinch bolt having one, and the PET doesn't show there being one, so am wondering if a PO or shop incorrectly put it on.

The threads look just fine and the splines are not damaged so it does not appear that it caused any damage. I just want to put it back as it should be.
