I've reviewed lots of posts and all say "remove," but not how. Pry out?
What I have in mind is to gently puncture the front of the seal with a thin flat screwdriver or awl, then pry out, but I wanted to consult folks in the know first.

Is the cam front off? That's the piece that bolts to the front of the cam housing, and has the seal in it.

If you are far enough in to get to the seal, 3 bolts get the cam front off.

Once that's off, you can just push the seal out from the back. At least that's how I did it.
