Default Upper control arm bushing torque eluding me

i cannot find a torque for this nut on my 1988 S4, or this nut cannot find a torque spec for this photo?

As far as I'm aware there is no specific torque value called out for them in the WSM, but I would try 63 foot lbs, as others have suggested in the past (and not come back to comment that their wheels fell off...)

...do the nuts on both ends get torqued down?...

and when /if they do , I would assume the upper A-arm should be level or at a position the arm would natural be in when the car is on the ground under normal weights and loads.....thus not placing any preloading on it. (Just like the aft lower bushing on the front arm)

any guidance in their set up?
