Don't know if this has been posted before, but interesting stuff. Prices a bit on the high side though?

If I had a dollar for every article I have read since owning a 928 which predicts that the 928 might be the next collectible to appreciate. I'd have at least $15 dollars.

You forgot the VAT ( Value Added Tax)the amount you have to pay the British Govt. for the 'privilege' of buying: a car, a computer, parts for your R.C. plane Etc. . If you buy a T.V.' they get you TWICE. First, you pay the VAT, then you have to BUY a License for the TV, (even if you don't watch the BBC) Subtract the VAT, I think it's about 20%. $73500-20%=$53000. A slightly more reasonable figure.
Just a WAG on the amount of the VAT..I may be misinformed.. If so correct me... Our version of The Labor Party in England wanted to enact a 18% VAT here, but most of them are soon to be out of a job.

Hexagon appear to have a 928 GT for sale for GBP 60k so there may be some wishful thinking in that particular article. Judging by other prices in 2016, such as auctions, nothing has come near that. Only the very best GTSs seem to warrant a GBP 50k+ price tag.
There's no VAT on private sales of used cars. From a dealer the VAT is on the dealer's profits rather than the full price.
