I know that 8 pin din is pretty standard throughout a lot of European stereo systems. If you cannot find any, you can make them if you have the pinout as the connectors are fairly standardized.
That's what I have to do with my ADS system.
If it is the other connectors you may have to trawl ebay to find a good used set or contact Blaupunkt themselves to see if they can supply the part numbers to the other connectors.

I have a couple of DIN to DIN cables that run from the radio to the stock amp. I also have a longer version that ran to the CD player in the hatch. That one needs to be repaired after some idiot cut it in two. SWStereo offered to repair it.
Are those what you need?

I also started to make one of those 8 pin cables, but I found them readily available 2 years ago. Try amazon.de as a last resort.

FWIW, here's the preamp out pinout of the CD-2 from my '90 GT. It's an Alpine, you're looking for Blaupunkt, but perhaps (?) there was a DIN standard that both adhered to (?)

Here is the link, for which the first item seems to be what you need:

That extension cable would only work if you stayed stock though. I can't imagine a Japanese unit using a cable like that, but maybe, I am wrong.

This looks like a better quality one and is even shielded:

If you need a patch cord, it is better I think to take a DIN cable and cut one end off. The RCA plugs are easier to solder on than the DIN plug! (My experience anyway.)
This also might work, but who knows if the pin wiring (Pinbelegung) is correct:
