Can anyone recommend a shop in or near Charlotte NC for some basic 928 work?

Jim Burton, has the most experience in the area at Hendrick Porsche but will be $$$, but if it's ball joints call Dan at Touring Car 704-821-7023, to change parts but get Jim Burton just do front end alignment. I just had a quote to do my '85 $200.00

Zuffenhaus in Monroe 704-821-3061 would also be a good choice also, Keith and Aaron are great wrenches, but Jim Burton at Hendrick Porsche is really the only one I know in this area that know how do the alignment correctly.

Dan Middleton at Touring Car in Matthews. I've known Dan for 20+ years, he's a good honest man. He's done work for me recently. I LOVE Jim Burton, just cannot afford $150/hour labor rate. I can get Dan's contact information if you'd like.

For an alignment, you might try Dellinger tire. When I couldn't get in to have Jim do mine, the guys at Dellinger are top notch and know not to lift the 928 before you do the alignment. Reasonable prices too.
