Default shifter ball cup easy removal with torque tube installed

Hi. I figured this out today and it took all of 30 seconds to get the old shifter cup popped of the ball.

If you have a flat piece of steel with a hole in it, like an old steel ball joint for example...

slide it up under the ball and then just insert a breaker bar or other metal rod into the hole...

twist the lever and it's done in an instant. The hardest part was getting the old ball joint back out of there.
