Default 84 Euro Alternator

Evening folks,

a local shop destroyed my alternator while "rebuilding it". he wanted to charge me more by buying another alternator and moving its guts over to mine... go figure...
i told him ill pick it up soon as is...

So im trying to find a replacement.
Its a Paris Rhone 90A, came out of an 84 Euro Automatic.

Any suggestions?
Found a few on Ebay, however, not sure about the fitment.

Checked Autozone, Advance Autoparts and Pepboys....They do have some brands, some chinese, etc..

none have the Paris Rhone, but they do have Valeos, and other brands...

If anyone in the tri state area has a spare, i would love to get it off their hands. I would pick it up like yesterday lol.

Thanks.

Sam

If all else fails you can contact 928 international, they might have a few in stock.

^^ Check 928 International for a 2nd hand one, or you could get a new one from Roger at 928'2Rus. I would avoid fixing or buying another Paris Rhone.

A Bosch alternator will plug right in,
it may also need the rear airduct as it will be different ,
the wires will hook up the same

Followed Stan the magician's advice, and bought a Bosch from Autozone for $120 something, delivered home.
Already removed the pulley from the old alternator and awaiting anxiously...Car been sitting on ramps, so i attacked the ground points, replaced some fuses, etc.. Oh, and got myself a 66 Porsche 912 meanwhile, to keep me busy, as the Euro is running fine...

Good evening folks,

Sam
