Cam gears are on there good. Soaking them in liquid wrench now. Any other suggestions besides brute force.
Also, since the came gears are moving, you only want to rotate them clockwise or the same direction I rotate the engine, correct?

Thanks Guys.
I was finally able to get the passenger cam gear off.
I don't have Ken's timing tool. Does anyone in the Houston area have one and are they willing to let me borrow/use it? I tried to mark the old gears in a few spots to help me align the new gears. If I am off in timing a bit, will i damage anything?
Marked gear at hub screws and at key location (not shown)
Gold Jerry...Gold! New cam gears are the star.
Cam gears are installed...next up PKT-S and belt...

Just center two of the rotor bolt holes in the slots (the third is offset). No telling if the old measurements were any good and a new belt will stretch anyway, changing the timing (up to 2 crank degrees).
After 1000 miles or so, use a PK32V'r (and Bumpstick) to adjust the timing exactly.
The range in the slots is two teeth (15 crank degrees). It has been noted that you can be three(?) teeth off before damaging anything.

Thanks Ken.
I did a lot of work this weekend....
Installed PKT-S and belt
Began adding the T/D to PKT-S bracket
Fully installed T/D on PKT-S bracket
Added harmonic balancer and pulley and removed crank lock...
Driver's side gear at T|0
Passenger's side gear at T|0
Installed accessory pulley and torqued crank bolt to 217 ftlbs...and added covers...
Next up...install accessory belts, fix transmission cooler lines then installed fan shroud.

Updated front transmission cooler lines and installed belts and fan shroud. Next up...fill it up with coolant, praying to the porsche gods and then firing her up.

OK. I added coolant started her up...she starts and runs, but there is a knocking on the passenger side. See video...
