Norcal Caravan to Sharktoberfest
For those of you not on Norcal Facebook, I am also planning, in addition to the Sat night dinner, a Caravan from San Jose to Sharktoberfest on Friday Oct 14.
We will leave San Jose south/central area around 9am

Caravan Routing info!
Meeting point location for those from North bay or South bay :
10AM at Starbucks, 6865 Camino Arroyo, Gilroy, CA 95020
This is right off Pacheco Pass Road. There is a parking lot with lots of room. Get you coffee fill up, a snack, and a bathroom break here.
We will meet up with those from Sac area on Hwy 5 south at the John "Chuck" Erreca Southbound Rest Area (first one after getting on hwy 5 south from 152) an hour later. If we leave at 1030 from Gilroy we will be at the rest stop at 1130. restrooms and snacks here.
We will then stop again a hour later (eta 1230-1pm) in Kettleman City at Bravo Farms rest stop (intersection of hwy 41 and I 5) for lunch for 1 hour.
The bravo farms area has good BBQ lunch but there are many other options too. and gas stations, etc.
departing here by 2-230pm.
From there its another 3 hours to Anaheim. if we need to stop again from some reason it will be at the bottom of the grapevine, in Grapevine.

Some good racing (NASA West Champs at Buttonwillow (2.5hrs north of Anaheim) at the Lerdo Rd exit on I5..if anyone's in no particular hurry..
