928 A/C receiver dryer remove & replace
1980 928. Looking for info/tips on removal and replacement of the A/C receiver dryer. It's right there in front of you, but getting wrenches on it looks difficult. THX

I removed the front 3 horizontal grills for better access. When I did this on my '81 (10 year ago or so) the threading on the condensor came apart. Use correct wrenches (metric) not sae. The fittings are very tight, but when 'broke' will turn easily. Hope this helps.
