It is virtually unknown for a 928 owner to want less light in the pod. Many 928's have a by-passed dimmer - no real reason to replace it.

I agree with the first part, however I do not understand why people bypass/remove or apply Appalachian American engineering to any vehicle. In most cases it creates a future failure point. It causes grief to the next owner if the vehicle makes it that far.
