That's EXACTLY what I did. I tried taking a caliper apart, and this ONE bolt would not budge. Then, it got all buggered up. I ended up trying to drill through it, but then started drilling out the side and going into the caliper - so I stopped. I then took a dremel to the head (which luckilly was still intact), cutting a large slot, putting a piece of steel in the slot, and smashing it with a hammer.

yup, that got it out.
