1986 928s amplifier location
Hi all I'm wondering could I get some help with where on my car I would locate the additional amplifier that originally came with it according to my vin report it came with a Blaupunkt sqr bqb-80 but I have no idea where it should be or if I find a replacement where it should go....

I had a feeling that's where it should be emphasis on should be......... It's missing along with the Blaupunkt Toronto that was originally supplied I've a late 90s to early 2000s pioneer radio in its place doesn't really fit in with the interior!!!! I'll check tomorrow to see if all the wiring is still there any ideas what I should be looking for?

You will probably see the speaker wiring from the Pioneer spliced at that location to the speaker locations under that same cover since all the factory wiring was driven from the amp there. As for replacing the head unit with one that fits looks wise there are a few threads on the subject here, do a search and you'll see a few different options.

Will do I got my hands on a Blaupunkt Toronto same one that was originally with the car but it looks like the audio cables have been pretty much butchered by whoever installed the pioneer. I have the number of a good auto elec so I might just hand it over to him thanks for the help
