Panamera wheel swap

For you guys who have done the 18in Panamera wheel swap. Do the stock 928 lug nuts work or did you have to change to a different setup? Looks like the stock Panamera setup was actually bolts.

Shape is still same so they work without any problems.

I use the stock nuts no problem. Just torque them to spec and away you go.
