If it's a mobile refinery it must be in the Gulf, probably one of the new LNG ships. All the refineries in Texas are stationary, as far as I know.

This is an interesting question. Not like it matters but I was meeting with the captain of a ship similar to the Trinity Glory, a LNG ship a few weeks ago in a port close to Houston. (San Jacinto). Pretty cool process of the offload (frozen pipes, wear the brain bucket) and the speed in which they can accomplish this for the volume of cargo. Had a chance to jump on the RO/RO Liberty Promise last week for a shipment. Neat staff but a drunk chef asst lol. Captain was pissed.

OK so I digress, not sure about the amsoil question.. Sorry
