[QUOTE=hr928;13547930] .........If you where going to bypass the relay...where would you get the power from?? .........../QUOTE]

My suggestion is to loosen the bolts keeping the CE Panel vertical and lean it forward. I bet you will find your jumper wires on the backside.
Ask me how I know

How do you know? LOL....I was hoping you be right cause I'm anxious to solve this problem, but I didn't find anything....then again I'm not sure what I'm looking for!

Going thru Alan's WD write up, and looking at the WD, I traced the power cable color Red with Green line to U plug top right pin (I read somewhere there's a numerical way of saying it, but I can't find it now). I pulled the plug and it looks ok, I pulled the CE Panel as you suggested and I cannot really tell if there's a jumper cable to that plug. Although I did noticed that board doesn't look like it's been removed in the past. The bolts were super tight without any evidence of a screw driver messing in there. Oh well....lots of more reading and research to do. If any of you see something out of sequence please raise your hand...need help!

Guys I've not been able resolve my fuel-pump-all-the-time-on problem. If I disconnect the FP relay the FP comes on when I turn the key. I disconnected the LH and the FP still comes on. Only when I disconnect the U-Plug from the board that's when the FP doesn't come on.

You're going to work through the wiring with a resistance meter (battery disconnected) to see where the FP is getting it's power.
