I'm getting ready to mount some tires on my 78's phone dial rims. And was wondering if anyone still had original Porsche 928 phone dial tire air available...or is this NLA?
I guess if the new stuff is no longer available...used would work...but...must be in mint condition.
I have some in #105 (but only three original tires) and some in the '80 Tartan car with original P6 Tires (but you may lose points as it's 1980 air and not 1978 date coded air - the part number may have been superceded by '80 - Rob will likely know the answer from PET). Let me know if you want a transfer some so we can document.

Alex,
This may be an option...but I'm really looking for 78 stuff.
This seems to be a better option, just got off the phone with them and the nice lady there said they may have a batch coming in on their next shipment from Mars.
What air viscosity is recommended for those years?
I'm not sure...asked the tire tech at Belle tire to save the air when he dismounted the old tires, so I could check this...but he was young guy (newbie)...and probably didn't know the proper Porsche certified collection process.
Sometimes I really, really wonder about this younger generation and what type of world this will be once us oldtimers are all gone...
