I bought a pod from him ($200) and he did ship it to me after a number of threats and contacting Esty.. Good news is I have another pod. The bad news is that it's really crap IMO. Where he gets all these dashes a pods is a mystery to me. What he is doing is filling the cracks with filler and spraying them SEM paint. I can still see where he filled the cracks and shot with a rattle can. I did learn his address in Santa Monica. I really don't understand his business model. Also don't understand why he does what he does, what is his end game and why?

Acts like he cares. then screws you royally and plays dumb about it. He first got me back in the middle of 2014 so he has been at it for quite a while. Sorry that you got scammed but please spread the word. He has no conscience what so ever.

I only learned about your nightmare after my situation. I wish I would have done more research. I got lucky a few years ago when I found Dan Miller Upholstery local to me. He did a fantastic job, but is backed up for months, so when I decided to try another guy (William) I took a few months talking before pulling the trigger. Anyhow, I can honestly tell you this.......William screwed the wrong guy!! I am going to use a lot if resources to make his life misearable.
I was just thinking this same thing...what on earth does he hope to gain? Even if he does a somewhat crappy job, some of the time he seems to make an attempt to do the work. He doesn't seem fully committed to the scam or the actual job. So weird.

Update........it seems William does not like it when you post on Craigslist what a scum bag he is or send him 100 plus texts and phone calls. Along with the forum posts and threatening to contact his mother and family members.
He just dropped off the headliner. He did not fix anything like he said he did and it looks worse than when he took it. I will see if Dan Miller has time to redo it.

Maybe I should have been harder on him to get what he promised me but I know it would have been crap based on what he already sent me so all I really wanted was my money back and I doubt that would have happened. You apparently live closer to him so you have better access.
He owes me a redone dash from back in 2014. I paid for that and a pod but only got the pod and it was crappy. He had more excuses than the Pope has Catholics for what happened.

I believe he is still in Santa Monica. I snapped a picture of his license plate off his 90's beat up convertible mustang, which I wont post, but will provide in PM if someone needs.....shockingly there is no current tag on the plate.
I thinks pantera928 should try reaching out to him one more time and threaten to post on Craigslist and the 914World forum......hit him where he makes his money.
