Thanks for doing that. It's definitely a good idea. Anyone ever talk to Lloyd Kuhn? I haven't seen or talked to him in a long time.

 

I sent Lloyd an email. He said he'd probably be at Cars & Coffee this month and would "look for some parked sharks."

I also sent him an invite to the "social group" so he'll be in the loop if we start using that to plan future get-togethers.

Chris, what time should I plan on arriving? About and hr and 20 minutes up from NE Atlanta suburbs.

 

Dr.Who and/or SomeDevil, you are the experts, do you have any recommendation on arrival time? I was thinking about 7:30, but I'm not an expert on this event.

 

Just posted in the social forum but just in case folks didn't join, here it is again. I am driving up from the Atlanta area and am planning on arriving 7am. It looks like there is a Dunkin Donuts across the street (if Google Maps can be believed). Would be great if several of us could drive in together so we can ensure common parking. I've been once before. I arrived just a little before 8 (no earlier than 7:45) and was able to secure a spot in one of the first couple of rows closest to the building and hold a spot for Pete Dolfis who drove up in his 928 Spyder. There were a bunch of 911's parked on the same row, but I don't know whether or not they park there all of the time.

7:30 in the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot works fine for me if some of you want to meet up there and drive over together.

 

I'm shooting for around 7:15- 7:30. :-)
