Default 1982 Weissach Edition 928 Luggage set

My father passed away and I found a set of luggage in perfect condition in a closet. What is it worth? Unfortunately we sold the car 20 years ago for $8k with 60k miles after a electrical fire that almost totaled the car. Thanks, Kevin

That will be 4 weeks for pics. But they are the 2 tone brownish gold and tan leather and again in perfect condition. I was just curious as to value. They are beautiful pieces. Haven't moved in 25 years.

NOTE I have no idea if any of these luggage sets ever sold for the prices being asked.

if its in good condition or very slightly used,
that last set was asking price of 10K,
the set also came with a car.
The total asking price was 20K,
this was at Hershey 2015 year.

I saw another set on Ebay asking for 10K about 10 months ago

Of course it also depends on how much the luggage is worth to a prospective new owner,
as to how much they would offer

Speechless. I had no clue. I was thinking 2500.

NOTE just because someone is asking for 10K doesnt mean they will get it,
some have gotten full sets for 250.00 that was some years ago.

I have 7 sets and am in the process of selling a set for $2000.
I have seen very few actually sell in the last 10 years (I bought most of them) but if in excellent condition the market will probably be in the $2000 to $3000 range as we move forward.

I would also add that since Roger has a whole lot of experience with these luggage sets and cost VS resell his opinion should be closely followed
