Does anyone have an extra pair of the raised plastic speaker mounts that sit directly behind the front seats under the b-pillars that they'd be willing to part with? I'm looking for a set for my '82. My '84 has them and I don't know if they are OEM or aftermarket and I haven't been able to find any online...

These are what my '84 have. Are they aftermarket? Does anyone else have something similar?

They mounted the speakers on top of the factory grills. That makes more sense now. You need to look for 84-88 grills IIRC.

I'm pretty sure I have a pair with speakers in them. Postage from NZ might be a killer though....

That's exactly what I have with working original speakers in excellent condition.

Auto Atlanta prices the covers at $40 each and the speakers at $80 each. That's all well and good, but both are NLA from Porsche, which is why I held on to them. These are rare parts, and mine are in excellent condition. Given all that, we can discuss a fair price offline.
