Maybe compressed air might do the trick? Blow it down the drain holes from the top, maybe?

If you remove the trim from a car with it, do you get holes in the doors and wings where the trims used to be? Or are they simply glued on?

You get holes but a little aluminum welding fixes that.

on the doors the holes are about 1 inch from the edges ( there are 2 holes)

Beautiful car, and no strips is even better. That was one of my requirements when I bought mine, really don't like the look. You'll find that most 928s have the strip, little harder to find one without and totally worth the effort to remove them IMO.
