Can you make keys with the original Porsche lighted key head? That would be the ultimate...

At the last minute, I have decided to go up for Saturday's tech talks. I can't make the Sunday events, but it will nice to see all of the 928s. My only problem is my car needs a wash job and time is running out.

Keith - I'll bring along a roll of yellow 'crime scene' tape and a big MagLite flashlight. The basic necessities for crowd control. 
Gary, spend about 30 samolians and take it to a hand wash/wax place after work this evening. You'll be in and out in 30 minutes, looking clean and shiny for the event.

Randy, hand wash? You mean you don't take your car to one of those places that try and beat off the dirt with the rotating brushes?
Actually I was trying to figure out how to get away from work early this afternoon and wash it myself. With the shorter day light hours, it is harder to do anything outside after work.

I may have to go over early to 928 Int'l and the hotel to reserve a parking spot. I want to be near the picnic area, in the shade, near the beer cooler and upwind of the porta-potties, on the grassy knoll, etc.

I'll be there, but I've been too busy for the past few weeks to touch the car. I'll probably hose it off, then blow dry it at 100 mph on the 105 fwy on the way down to help set up in the morning. 135 people? That's a long ways from the five cars that showed up for our first drive.

Hey All,
This should be a FABULOUS event!
However, duty calls and I'm helping out @ my daughter's gymnastics meet. So actually, watching a hundred teenaged girls bouncing around in leotards might not be such a bad trade off compared to a bunch of guys (mostly) with their old cars!
Hope to join in next year.....
