Default Porsche factory body sealant / protection

Can anybody recommend a body sealant / protector which is close to the factory finish used on the underside of the floors and between the external exposed seams on the rear arches?

It’s a sort of rubbery type material and not the same as brushable seam sealant which is thinner in application.

Thanks
Martin

Are you referring to the cosmoline? Kind of a milky yellow color stuff sprayed haphazardly around the bottom of the car by the village idiot?

We used 3M 08889 on the underside of the '78 we're working on. Early cars with metallic paint have that grayish-white underside, which is a decent match to the 3M product.

Wurth also makes a gray Schutz coating but I'm not sure how to get it in the States.

Hi, I had never heard of Cosmoline but when I googled it the description was of a thin wax like material.

The material I am taking about is yellowish in colour and sets to a rubber like consistency. It is basically the body shultz used Porsche, it has a high adhesion quality.
