I just got a call from a fellow 928er who needs to sell his '90 GT to raise cash for adoption costs.

It's white with tan interior, 150K miles with all receipts. No leaks. Club Sport wheels with good tires.

The clutch is beginning to slip, and the seats have typical wear/tear on them. It has a Blaupunkt Venture CD stereo, but the LEDs in the faceplate aren't working.

Asking price is $15K.

The seller, Ray, said he sent pictures to the folks at 928 Specialists who said they were club sports. That's all I know. Perhaps Wally will offer his expertise.

The pix above is definitely D90's.......maybe they have been replaced, but the two are often confused......

Yep ..Design 90s for sure (16x7.5 and 16x9)....notice the pronounced rim edge ;-).....

BTW...the D-90s came on the the 90 and later GTs....
Club Sports only came on the 88 CS and 89GT.....

good price for a 90GT I would think...

The car is located in my town. I have looked at it in passing, and spoke w/ the owner. I can go over it w/ a fine tooth comb for anyone interested.

From my recollection, when the owner drove away, I heard what sounded like a clutch problem.
