Default Manual Shifter Play

Just trying to gauge how much slop is normal in the manual shifter. Here is of video of mine, what do you think?

And the bushings in the rear coupling at the gearbox.

As already noted, replace both the front ball cup bushing and the rear coupler bushings, to get it back to the way it should be.
