The vacuum actuators on the HVAC system do not appear to be able to be easily removed without significant effort and the risk of damage. The best method of replacement is to get new rubber bladders, remove the tops of the existing actuators and replace the bladders (including the metal arms), then reassemble.
Unfortunately, I don't believe anyone sells just the bladders....you've got to buy the whole actuator.
I just completed pulling off the center console and repairing my HVAC system. No more leaks! Now my feet will finally feel the warm air.
