I was thinking that this was a current example of the apocryphal "two cars for nearly nothing" story. Someone buys a wreck, gets a parts car, becomes overwhelmed, and then needs to unload both. Has the price of "two cars for nearly nothing" gone up?

 

Sure it has.

Since the prices of the really nice and really rare cars are going up, then the price of the "less than perfect" ones should go through the roof too.
