Found a 50ml bottle on ebay for $34...might have to go with that

Oh my... I thought 30.00 for a tube was pricey. The Permatex stuff I posted previously sounds like a fast curing anaerobic metal to metal sealant - sounds like what the 574 is. Don't know it though. Could possibly be a substitute.

Loctite 518 works just as well.

Also permatex makes a red anerobic sealant that works the same.

Make sure you check the dates on the 574.... the local stealership tried to sell me a 7 year expired version a few years back....
