My wife is the best!
Minimal 928 content, but I just wanted to share...
My 50th was last Fri. We met a group of friends for happy hour, then dinner. The next evening, dinner again then we went to see the Moody Blues. It was a nice birthday.
Then, this evening, she cleverly arranged what I thought would be happy hour then dinner with some out of town family members, but it was actually a catered party with live music and 50 or so of our closest friends and family at the local Porsche dealership. She even had a friend drive my '89 911 over and park it in the showroom (although I love my GT, I have had the 911 for almost 20 years, so it was the right choice for the occasion)... parked along side a 2017 Carrera.
She had been planning this since last November, and amazingly, I was completely surprised. She's the best wife of evah! I'm blessed to have her and such great family and friends.
Last pic is one of the excellent gifts I received (there's the 928 content).

( take good care of those sweethearts in your life, and I'm not just talking about that 'special' wife. My brother has the sibling to your '84 GTI in Silver and burgundy, and I have the sister to your Carrera in Venetian Blue. All great sportscars ! )

Outstanding George! And happy 50th! They say 50 is the new 49
I saw the Moody Blues back in 2003, and it was one of the best concerts I have seen.
