Default Idles high, rough

I have been having trouble getting the idle down below 950 or so as measured with a Fluke automotive tach on an ignition wire. I tried jumpering the stabilizer circuit and it didn't really help. I have been living with it for a while but tonight I installed a freshly bored out throttle body (+3.5mm) and now I can't seem to get the idle to smooth out. When I get it down around 850-900 it stumbles and tries to die, then of course it surges up again. Not sure if I have a vacuum leak somewhere or the idle stabilzer is getting cranky again. I have a new stabilizer here (I should have put it in while I was in there, DOH!) that I will try tomorrow. Anybody else have any suggestions? Would the MAF do this?

By the way, the bigger TB seems to have made a positive response on the Buttometer! I hope can get the idle problem sorted out. The car runs great otherwise.
