85 MY Hose clamp list for upper refresh?
Searched the forum as best I know how and didn't find anything specific to my question above.
Have a 1985 928S 5 spd that I'm in the process of tearing down to do a complete upper refresh. I would like to change out all the hose clamps. Does anyone have a complete list of all the different clamps, and their sizes, that are necessary to finish this up?
And what have others done? Replaced in kind? Upgraded to something else like T-Bolts?
Any recommendations as to where to purchase all this hardware?
Thanks,
Paul

Step one: Call Roger at 928s R Us.
Step two: Tell Roger what project you are doing.
Step three: Give Roger your CC# & mailing addy
Step four: Wait patiently for a couple days.
All the parts you need for whatever project you are doing will 'Magically" appear. The real magic is how in the world Laura packs that much stuff in that small of a space.
In all seriousness:
Roger knows these cars. He does "care packages" like this for us on a regular basis. I will compile a parts list of what I think I need, and ask "Do I need all this and am I missing anything?"
Roger will usually delete a thing or two and add another thing or two. He really knows these cars and what parts are needed for the normal projects. And I trust him not to sell me stuff I don't need and make sure I get what I do need.

No problem on the clamps and most are readily available. However do not expect the gold anodized finish as they are all now silver.
