Yes. I like what you've done. Can that be achieved with a 1980?
To your point the inner lense is the high beam and should remain clear.
The second set of lenses from center i would like to make yellow as you have it. Do i need to purchase yellow lenses? If so, which ones do you recommend?
What LED bulbs/sizes do i need? What lumen/brightness rating? Do i purchase yellow colored LED bulbs as well?
I want to just plug and play - no modifications beyond removal of OEM parts and installation with aftermarket parts.

Sorry, can't help with LED's, was just pointing out what was stock in France, Spain and the rest of Europe.
(Mine was originally delivered in Barcelona and lived its previous life in Andorra.)
I think if you really want this look, even without lights on, you'll need the yellow lenses. RosePassion has original new lenses for €60 each + tax and shipping and probably customs if delivered to the states. They have both fogs L/R and high beams L/R, so you can go for the French or Spanish look, whichever you prefer.
The US based sellers probably have some too, I didn't look.
As Alan and Michael stated, no bulb warnings for the fogs, so you can safely plug in leds there as well. That will definitely be the cheaper solution. There may be other areas of the car in more need of your $$ too, but I understand, I'm a sucker for these details too.

Just saying, but not all Euro's came with yellow fog lights.
Only the French came with both fog lights/parking lights and high beams in yellow. Spanish market cars had only yellow fogs/parking lights but clear high beams, and most other European cars had all clear lenses.
The ones you show in your picture are not fog lights but the high beams (these were only yellow in France). Next to those are the parking light/fog combination, yellow in France and Spain (and most outer lenses are orange indicators).
My 928 has all three colors, orange, yellow and clear.
(The non-ROW versions are different.)
