1994 928 Seat?
Please excuse the ignorant interloper
An acquaintance is looking at these seats and the seller sez they are from a 1994 928. He confirmed the correct pic was sent. I said I doubt it, they don't look like it but i didn't want to bet against it.
Also, the power recline, was that on all 928 seats or only some or none and we are wrong again.
Will a 944 seat interchange with a 928?
THX

Not sure what Porsche that came out of, but it's not a 928 seat. The 928 seat architecture from '85-95 was basically the same, with increasing power options becoming more prevalent as time went by. They came in two versions: "Comfort" and "Sport", the latter having much more pronounced side bolsters. A '94 928 seat would most likely be 12-way power comfort model, which includes the power recline feature.
Here's a 90GT 12-way power Comfort seat followed by an 86S 4-way power Sport seat.

That looks like a 944 seat. My 911 had an identical looking pair that I ended up replacing. They aren't very comfortable unless you have a very narrow ****. My left leg always ended up falling asleep even during short trips to and from work...

I'm thinking there might have been something lost in translation, 968/928. I guess it doesn't matter a ton but is there an easily found part#. I assume they would be in the same places across the models. Or, did the seats or tracks not get model specific #'s.

That's a 911 seat. I know because I can jam my cell phone in the space between the passenger seat and the thigh bolster on my 928, and the 951 (944T)... but the 911 I'm boned
Jase.
