But I would write: neuf cent vingt-huit, I don’t think the French drop the hundred (cent) as mentioned by Bertrand.
In Canada may be, but we all know that what they speak in Québec is not French
One thing for sure:it’s “un autre verre de Champagne » not « une….. »
