Powder Coating recommendations for Australia

Dave,
I get several parts done (Intake, cam covers, water bridge, thermostat cover, alloy expansion tank IIRC). Everything came back clean and needed no preparation before assembly. All areas that needed to be left uncoated were so. The NZ branch is familiar with 928's (They were doing one when I rang to inquire) so I had to proffer very little instruction other than colours.

Okay quick update. I've spoke to HPC in Victoria this week. They were very helpful. What I've learned:
HPC in Victoria is the same company as the one in NZ and Brisbane.
They closed the Brisbane one down a couple of years ago. Turns out powder coating in the humidity is too unreliable.
He wanted me to check whether there was any magnesium corrosion and asked me to peel back any flaky bits to look for signs of white powder. (Fortunately I haven't found any). Indeed he said that corrosion will develop under flaky bits so maybe in contrast to what I've read elsewhere we should get rid of the flakes as soon as possible.
He said their DF2 process was 'ready to go' and I wouldn't have to worry about cleaning it after them. I am now more than a little nervous about this of course after seeing this thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...e-rebuild.html
Last thing I'd note: You garner immediate attention mentioning Bruce's name. I'd also like to thank you personally Bruce for sharing your contacts with the list. You could choose to keep that as part of your secret source - but I appreciate that you've been so open.
I'm yet to get a final quote from them. (I need to send them an inside pic of the S3 plenum and they're also powder coating up a sample of the colour I'm looking for - what service!)
