Can't make it this year, but sure hope y'all have a great time! I will do everything in my power to make it to Third Coast. Can't go over a year without one of these fun gatherings.

Keep posting pics for us who can't be there!

It's good to see warmer weather climate pics too!
We had a foot of snow here this week...

Have fun everybody.

A big thanks to Tony and Tambra for another great time down on the coast! You guys did a great job with the arrangements and the activities. Ride down and back was uneventful (well, for some of us) and we all got to see Roger's "Godzilla" on Saturday morning. What a beast.
Looking forward to next year!

Yes Don there were approx. 10 928's this year and a heavy influx of MB's. Zane rolled in with her MB S 65, Herman & Barb in there S 55, Sterling in his SL 500, Tambra in her E-350, Patman & Carol in there Ford SUV, and new guy Mike in his Land Rover. What's going on here This was the first year the attendance went down a little bit but all appeared to have a fun weekend. Sat morning after breakfast some hopped in there Porsche (or Mercedes) and rode up to Lamar to view "The Big Tree" a 1,000 year old Oak, others toured the Aquarium, Anthony's indoor gun range, Jerry Hudson's crazy man cave, Tour of Homes, and most for lunch at Paradise Key. Let get more 928's to The Fling next year gang (including myself) Again, BIG Thanks to the 928 O.C. and 928sRus for there support (and the beer mugs!) T

Tony,

Thanks for another great weekend.

I think those 5 pictures pretty well sum it up!

Michelle and I had a great time and can't wait for next year.

Tony - sorry for being slow - I always pay the price after the event for going out of town.

What a great event - nice people, nice cars, good food, good booze and did I mention nice people!!!

Shooting on Saturday was sooooo much fun. Sean brought a nice Beretta pistol (that I have my eye on) for Zane and I to practice with.

PatMan had a very interesting Beretta Carbine Cx4 Storm (40 caliber) that was super accurate. Also now on my shopping list. Thanks for letting me try it out.

Mercedes and I did a lot of bird watching - everything from Egrets to Ospreys.

Visited a few bars - food was very good - conversations very animated and fun.

Drove my GTS down to Rockport - pretty hard and pleased to report that it used very little oil over the 800 mile round trip - thanks to Colin's (Lizard) vacuum system.

My new to me Mercedes S65 (someone said Godzilla) provided me with return home transportation. Gobs and Gobs of torque and 15mpg - very impressed.

Barbara & Herman showed us the new to him S55 he just bought - way to go Herman.

Keegan (spelling) was there in his new to him 86.5 - an ex Stan Kolen (Mr. Merlin) car. Nice to see new members, especially youngsters, enjoying the marque.

Thanks Tony for organising the event - and thanks to 928OC (and 928sRus) for providing sponsorship. The mugs are really nice. Tony we need a picture please?

Hot tub fun - swimming pool fun.

Lots of dolphins right outside the hotel - great place to stay.

Zane and I will return for a weekend shortly and let Tony at the gun range teach us what we need for our CHP.
