$10K minimum, $15,000k in case it needs shocks, and new suspension rubber, etc.
No jump post cover or 14 pin connector cover; tired top end; timing belt, water pump and motor mounts while you're at it. New fuel lines-those are original. Original radiator.
There should be some negotiation room there.
I'd be surprised if the AC holds a charge in a year unless they changed out the o-rings and also the expansion valves and ensured all flaps are working for the a/c (vacuum controlled).
Doing the work yourself will save $5-8K depending on what ends up needing to be done.
That looks like a condition 2 that appears like a condition 3.
Wrong wheels-should be Club Sports--I think they are going for $3,000 these days; it's most likely been painted and probably hit in the rear--there is no decal back there.
It came with one (no option 498).
