PorKensioner Build Process?
Hello fellow Renners, had a general question about the PorKensioner without air pump that I'm about to install on my 87 S4.
Just to refresh, a few days ago I posted another thread "Cam Gear Alignment" asking about cam gear moving on drivers side when the belt was off and before I put stuff on the block. Everyone recommend for me to wait for me to have pump and most of the parts on before worrying about the cam gear so I'm at the point that I'm about to slap PK on. Water pump, crank gear are on and cam gear is close to where it was before (but aware I need the cam gear and bump stick to get it in exact position). I'll get there but first I need to put PK.
I'm at the point that I have built up PK but without the Blue Loctite on the metal bolts and screws. I am aware I won't put Loctite on bolts that hold the PK on to the block. But before I put the Loctite and make it official I wanted to put together and see that it worked good and had everything on right. I put the two big washers on outside and inside of plate for both the pulley and leverage arm and the smaller washer on the back of plate. Nothing rubs or grinds so I'm good, so I think.
But that's why I'm posting pictures to ask you guys since it doesn't come with instructions and the two I've seen online isn't similar to what I have or detailed for me. I haven't removed pin at all on piston. I'm aware that's the last thing I'll do once belt is on.
I did end up with three parts that I'm not sure what they're for. Can some one or some of you guys assure me I'm on the right track and that those extra parts are needed for something and if they are for what? I'll post pics up along with this post.
Thanks
Ricardo Vega

Longer bolt goes through pulley. Shorter flange head goes through lever. See PKT-B_bolts pdf for more info.
