Have a 1985 928S USA 5 spd.
Looking for a recommendation on an Alignment shop in the Twin Cities Minnesota area.
Started my long list of winter projects. ( TB/WP, Motor Mounts, Shifter Linkages, Oil Pan Gasket, Upper Refresh )
Pulled the front wheels and saw the inner edges are starting to cup. Definitely will need an alignment come spring.
Thanks in advance.

Are you a PCA- Nord Stern member ?
Some of the region's best Porsche shops are advertisers in our club monthly magazine.....( and give discounts to club members )
a few that come to mind are COURTENEY'S, IMOLA MOTORSPORTS, and AUTOEDGE. All 3 of these shops come highly recommended for skilled repairs and track set-ups for D.E.s as well as customer care for street driven sports cars.
Or call either of the two local dealerships and ask who they recommend as well. ( Porsche of Mpls. and Porsche of St. Paul ).

Thank you for those replies. I'll call them up and see who knows what they're doing, specific to the 928 requirements.
From the front tire inner edges cupping, I suspect the last alignment, from PO, didn't keep the car on the ground the whole time.
Now a PCA and Nord Stern member. Thx for that suggestion. Wasn't aware of Nord Stern before.

Courtneys Truck Service. http://www.courtneytruckservice.com
Sounds like a strange place to go, but when you stop in you will see what they are working on. Every time I have been there they have had at least one 928 in. The other guys don't really like working on anything older than a 997.
They also carry the Redline lube. Great group of guys and they know these cars. It is the only place I go for alignment.
Best of luck.

Thanks Dave.
Having just become a Nord Stern member, was going thru the list of advertisers and pulled up the Courtney Truck Service web page. But all I saw were 911's. Good to know you've had good service on your 928.
